Job Description:

Training will include exposure to VIP arrival preparation, guest amenity coordination, room inspections, service recovery techniques, guest engagement within public areas of the hotel, group coordination, guest request tracking systems, site visit preparation, and maintaining service standards throughout the guest journey from pre -arrival through departure. This phase will also provide exposure to how front office, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales departments collaborate to support overall guest satisfaction within a luxury lifestyle hotel environment.
