The Lobby is the heart of Fair Hills Resort. It’s where everything happens—check-ins and check-outs, billing, guest requests, reservations, activity sign-ups, gift shop sales, and more. As a Front Desk Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations while providing excellent service to our guests.
This internship isn’t just about observing—you’ll actively work in the department while also taking on leadership and management responsibilities. Expect to learn how to manage a team, analyze reports and data, solve problems on the spot, and deliver top-notch guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
Your daily tasks will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Guest check-ins and check-outs
- Billing and payment processing
- Reservation inquiries and bookings
- Gift shop and soda fountain sales
- Scheduling activity appointments
- Handling customer requests and questions
- General office duties and lobby upkeep
- Supporting day-of event operations
- Using our Property Management System (RDP)
- Using our Point of Sale System (Lightspeed)

This role is a great fit for college students pursuing Hospitality & Tourism Management or Business Management. We’re looking for interns who are:
