The Gateway Routesetting Support role is designed as an entry point for individuals who are curious about the craft of routesetting and want to learn more about how a professional setting program operates.
This is a temporary, part-time role intended to provide exposure to the routesetting process while supporting the team through foundational, non-setting work. Gateway Routesetting Support positions typically run for approximately three months and average 2-6 hours per week based on facility needs. While completion of the program may open future opportunities, advancement is not guaranteed.
This role focuses on supporting the routesetting team through foundational, non-setting work while providing exposure to the workflows, standards, and decision-making that shape our climbing product. It is intentionally designed for applicants with little to no prior routesetting experience and offers a thoughtful way to explore a potential future in routesetting.
