A Brief Overview
The Global Strategic Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting training activities for Ultherapy PRIME, contributing to the success of the Energy-Based Devices (EBD) business. This position involves developing global materials and training initiatives, collaborating closely with digital and cross-functional teams to create assets and content that align with customer needs and market trends, ensuring a successful global roll-out.
The intern will assist in creating new assets for both patients and physicians, ensuring alignment with the global brand positioning while considering regional needs for optimal support.
Additionally, this role will include the creation of training materials ensuring that documentation remains current, accurate, and reflective of evolving digital tools and systems.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment, working effectively across teams to help achieve business goals and support the continued growth of the Ultherapy PRIME brand globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will support Global Strategic Marketing in developing and executing training activities for Ultherapy PRIME, contributing to the success of the Energy-Based Devices (EBD) business. This role includes creating and updating global training materials, presentations, and digital assets in alignment with brand strategy and market needs. The intern will collaborate closely with digital, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure that training content reflects the latest clinical, marketing, and R&D developments. Responsibilities also include technical writing and creating training materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content for training materials.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research to support the development of training programs and materials.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training projects and initiatives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for training programs, including manuals, guides, and instructional materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather information and feedback for training content.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit training materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks related to training programs, such as scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining records.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to improve future training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable content
- Excels at both analytical and creative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred:
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Experience in brand development and management
- Understanding of medium- to long-term strategic training development
- Background in developing messaging, collateral, and programs for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience in digital marketing
- Ability to develop strong internal and external customer relationship
Education Requirement:
Required:
- Currently a junior, senior or recently graduated from an accredited undergraduate program (studying in the field of adult education, business, marketing, or instructional design)
Preferred:
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate of a graduate program (MBA, MEd, PhD)
Minimum Requirements
Required:
- Ability to work onsite three days per week
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality
- Genuine interest in adult learning, instructional design, or related fields
- Basic proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Background in business and/or life sciences
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate (RISE/Storyline)
- Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Experience with technical writing
Additional Information
- Projected dates: February 2026 to June 2026
- Weekly hours:
- Spring Semester: Juniors/Seniors: 20–30 hrs/week
- Summer: 40 hrs/week
- Graduates: 40 hrs/week
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
