Graduate Assistant - Lifelong Learning and Sr. Alumni Programs

Looking for a Lipscomb University student worker to assist the program director with various Lifelong Learning class needs, including but not limited to:

• Run Zoom cam during classes


• Send Zoom recording links to class members after each class


• Assist with class registration each week


• Provide pre-class event set-up in Longview Mansion


• Provide email communications support to registrants

Assist with Sr. Alumni events, including Bison Weekend 50th Class Reunion and Golden Circle Breakfast.

• Provide assistance with event registration, pre-event and during


• Assist with the production of the reunion Bio Booklet


• Co-coordinate reunion events during Bisons Weekend


• Assist with Golden Circle breakfast during Bisons Weekend

May be federal work study eligible.
