WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) …

Newport Mental Health, a leading community mental health organization committed to transforming lives and fostering well-being, is seeking a talented and dedicated Grants Intern to join our team. As a Grants Intern, you will support the team with administrative functions as it pertains to grants.

Essential Duties:

• Support with grant related fidelity monitoring.
• General administrative support as assigned by manager.
• Preparation of supporting documentation as needed.
• Other related grant support.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU…

• Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level.
• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and the entire Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using an electronic health record and working in the mental health field is preferred.
