Position Summary

The Graphic Design Intern will play a key role in supporting the Creative team by assisting with design projects across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, internal communications, and product mockups. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a design student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, contributing to real-world projects that help shape Pinnacle’s brand presence.

Major Responsibilities

Social Media & Email Design

• Design and format graphics for social media posts across various platforms.
• Assist in the design and coding of marketing emails.
• Help refine and maintain brand consistency across digital channels.

Presentation & Internal Visuals

• Assist with PowerPoint presentation edits to align with brand guidelines.
• Design and update internal TV graphics for company-wide communications.

Product Mockups & Visual Branding

• Create product mockups featuring the Pinnacle logo or client logos for marketing purposes.
• Assist in refining and updating visual assets to strengthen Pinnacle’s branding across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Internship Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree program in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.

Duration

This is a part-time internship (15-30 hours per week) for May-August, with the potential for future opportunities within Pinnacle Promotions. Afternoon availability is preferred, but not required.
