GRDP Engineer

The GRDP Trainee is responsible for completing competency-based Manufacturing Global Rotation Development Program (GRDP). \n\n * Excel in GRDP rotations involving learning and competency events, and on-job performance. \n\n * Ensure safe, accurate and on-time jobs as part of manufacturing plant operations. \n\n * Mentor others as required. \n\n * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. \n\n * Act as back-up for first level of management, when requested. \n\n * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.\n\n\n\n * No prerequisite experience required but demonstrable interest in manufacturing is highly desired.\n * Fresh-out graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.\n\n\n
