What You’ll Do:

• Immersive Research: Dive deep into the world of horticulture and greenhouse production as you conduct research to gain insights into the needs of our target market.
• Interactive Engagement: Engage in calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their requirements firsthand, honing your communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic Planning: Utilize your research findings to develop comprehensive marketing plans and production strategies for new greenhouse projects, contributing to the company's growth and success.
• Operational Support: Assist in implementing production plans based on market research findings, collaborating with our experienced team to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Internship Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates are pursuing studies in Agribusiness, Horticulture, Business, or Marketing.
• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Spanish communication is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of management.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for coverage under our company-sponsored vehicle insurance program.
• Availability for a 6–8-week commitment.

*The compensation range for this role is determined by factors such as location and required skills. The salary range provided reflects the lowest to highest amount we reasonably anticipate paying for this position at the time of posting. Compensation is influenced by labor market conditions and various factors, including but not limited to: the prevailing minimum wage in the area, relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance,  travel requirements, sales or revenue targets, and business needs. It is not typical for a new hire to be offered the highest end of the salary range. Pay decisions are made based on the unique circumstances of each candidate and position. 

Range: $18.00 - $22.00/ hour 

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities by this job include close distance and color vision.
