Job Description - HBS Leadership Fellows Program

HBS Leadership Fellows Program provides graduate students at Harvard Business School the opportunity to complete their final year internship at MoMA under the supervision of experienced conservators. External graduate students without direct partnership with MoMA and Harvard Business School are not eligible to apply independently.


Duration: The duration of the program is 12 months. 


Eligibility Requirements:



  • Currently enrolled in an Harvard Business School as an MBA candidate that has a relationship with the Museum of Modern Art. 

  • Available in the Summer 2026 semester.


All trainees must be authorized to work in the United States and must secure authorization to work at MoMA prior to their program start date, either independently or with the assistance of their university. Securing work authorization is the sole responsibility of the candidate.


Start Date: This position has an anticipated start date of early July 2026.
