This is an entry-level Team Member position that is perfect for high school students looking to gain valuable work experience in a positive, fast-paced environment. Team Members help provide excellent service by welcoming guests, taking and preparing orders, maintaining a clean restaurant, and supporting the rest of the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and attentive service
- Taking and fulfilling guest orders accurately
- Preparing and serving food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Keeping work areas, dining areas, and equipment clean
- Working efficiently with teammates during busy periods
- Following food-safety and workplace-safety procedures
- Arriving on time and being prepared for each scheduled shift
No previous work experience is required. We provide training and are looking for applicants who are dependable, respectful, willing to learn, and able to work well with others. Applicants should be currently enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
