We are looking for a temporary part-time, skilled, meticulous, results-driven HR Administrative Intern. If you are passionate about facilitating the success of new employees and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 10am to 3:30pm.
LOCATION: HK Programs corporate office at 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524.
COMPENSATION: $16.00 per hour
As an HR Administrative Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of new candidates into our organization. Under the guidance of the HR Onboarding and Recruiting Manager, you will utilize your outstanding communication skills to guide prospective employees through our comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring their successful transition and integration. Your responsibilities will include maintaining regular communication with candidates via phone, text, and email, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department as required.
