HR & Payroll Intern

We’re on the hunt for a HR & Payroll Intern who’s curious, hands-on, and ready to make an impact from day one. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Payroll, providing a comprehensive view of how HR operations and payroll processes work together in a dynamic organisation.

What you’ll be doing?

HR:

• Support daily HR administration and employee journey (contracts, onboarding, employee records).

• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Maintain HR databases and assist with reporting.

Payroll:

• Assist the payroll team with monthly payroll processing and data entry.
• Support in maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.
• Help verify employee information, deductions, and benefits.
• Learn about payroll compliance, tax, and social contributions.

What we look for:

• High level of Slovak and English, both in speaking and writing.
• Student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in both HR and payroll processes.
• Good organisational and analytical skills.
• Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and comply with deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

What do we offer?

• Start date: ASAP or based on agreement.
• Contract: Student agreement.
• Working Hours: 20 hours per week.
• Salary: €6 per hour.
• Office-based working model in our brand-new offices in Bratislava.
