The Human Resources assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, and assists company managers with HR issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Human Resources assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources administration. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, benefits, compensation, executive administration, and employment:
Assisting with employee relations;
Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting;
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Update the appropriate form when an employee changes his/her status: a promotion, a dismissal, new hire;
Prepare reports for managers within the organization;
Provide authorized information from the employee's personnel records when requested;
Explain the organization's employment policies to new hires;
Required Skills:
At least one year of experience.
At least a high school diploma.
Training in computers, filing and maintaining filing systems, organizing, and human resources practices.
Tactful, diplomatic and able to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization

岗位要求:
一年以上工作经验
高中以上学历
参加过电脑、建档、归档、档案维护、组织整理等人力资源工作的培训
善言辞,人际交流能力强,能与公司各部门各级别打交道
普通话流利,良好的英语口语和写作能力
