Job Description - HR Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist in Performance review process and coordinate with HRBPs
Prepare presentations
Assist in Employee engagement initiatives
Assist in planning and executing Performance Management System for the next year

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration with majors in Human Resources or Marketing
Competent in making presentations using PowerPoint, Canva and other design applications. Video making and expertise in AI skills is a plus
Excellent Communication Skills
Creative, Pro -active and keen learner
