Job Description - HR Intern - Employee Engagement

We are hiring an Intern for a period of three months to support ongoing employee engagement and culture -related initiatives. The intern’s support will primarily focus on the following areas:

  • Coordination of employee engagement activities and events

  • Vendor communication and follow -ups for event arrangements and deliverables

  • Billing documentation, expense tracking, and reimbursement coordination

  • Managing logistics and operational planning for engagement initiatives

  • Maintaining activity trackers, participation records, and reporting support



Requirements

Exceptional Communication skills
Command on Excel 
Strong grip on Power Point
Go -getter attitude
Pleasant Personality

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or relevant field. 
Internship Duration: 3 months
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
