We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to assist with manufacturing and production recruiting efforts during the summer and fall. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR best practices in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for production and manufacturing roles.
• Support recruitment efforts by conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews and assistance with coordinating hiring events.
• Help with onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure candidate information is up to date.
• Participate in HR administrative tasks, such as updating job descriptions and organizing employee files.
• Collaborate with HR staff to enhance hiring strategies and employer branding.
• Provide general support to HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employee relations.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
