Human Resource (Talent Acquision) Intern at PassionMojo PVT LTD [REMOTE, Work From Home, Full Time]

We are looking for a talented and motivated Fresher to join our team as a Talent Acquisition / Human Resource Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions for our clients, who are digital marketing and social media companies. You will also assist in developing and executing HR strategies and policies and managing employee relations and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify potential candidates
• Building Talent Pool Using Various Social Media Marketing Strategies
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing Bachelor's degree)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits:

• A fixed amount of up to 2000/- will be provided for work from home position.
