Job Description - Human Resources Co-op

Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation coordination, and employee documentation Support employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, and follow‑up Assist with recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination Support HR reporting, audits, and data entry as needed Provide general administrative support to the HR team Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited institution. Candidates who have already graduated will not be considered. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (please don't round). Must be entering Junior year or higher. Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Reno, NV. Interest in manufacturing or industrial environments Previous HR Internship experience in manufacturing Position Criteria: Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results. Is technologically savvy and a problem solver. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
