Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources (HR) Intern provides administrative support to the Human Resources team. 

The Human Resources Intern is based in the Arlington, Virginia office and reports to the Director of Global Human Resources and Recruiting.

Essential Functions

•  Assist employees with Paylocity user access
•  Draft and submit new position requisitions
•  Ensure recruiting position postings are up to date
•  Run reports and complete data requests for HR and other departments
•  Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information
•  Help open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
•  Make occasional travel arrangements for executives.
•  Remind managers of staff birthdays once every month
•  Help organize a monthly brown bag lunch and learn program
•  Support organization of staff teambuilding and engagement activities outside of work
•  Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies
•  Create, order and ship business cards
•  Assemble and present or ship welcome kits to new hires
