The Human Resources intern will establish a positive relationship with associates and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in addition to assigned projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

· Assist in coordinating the ASCEND Internship Program alongside the Recruitment Marketing Specialist.

· Assist in auditing and updating employee document files.

Key Roles

· Assist and complete special projects accurately and as assigned including but not limited to wage benchmarking, training improvement, and employee recognition.

· Assist in coordinating employee appreciation events.

· Establish a positive relationship with team members demonstrating the ability to work with others in order to achieve company and department objectives.

· Handle multiple tasks, prioritize according to importance and follow instructions

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

· Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

· Eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Highly organized.
