Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across several key functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, including benefits, recruiting, payroll, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with auditing employee benefits enrollments and ensuring data accuracy
Support recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Help maintain and audit timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with payroll preparation, including data entry and validation
Support employee onboarding and training coordination
Help organize and maintain HR files and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
