Human Resources Intern (on-site)

Description

Monroe Capital is looking for a part-time  intern to join our amazing Human Resources team in Chicago, IL! This will be a part-time, paid position (15-24 hours/week). The internship will run until December 2025.  

Requirements

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Participate in onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
• Audit files for compliance
• Assisting in general HR tasks and special projects

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in HR or related field
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
