Human Resources Intern (Summer 2025)

SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various tasks and projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational efficiency. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes


• Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends


• Collaborating with team members to develop and implement HR initiatives


• Participating in employee engagement and wellness programs


• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation


• Helping with the coordination and execution of HR-related events and activities

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology)


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with HR software and tools


• Ability to work independently and take initiative


• Detail-oriented and proactive

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
