We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Team and gain practical, hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions.

Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)
Duration: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in various aspects of People operations, including but not limited to:
Assisting with onboarding processes: preparing offer letters and contracts, coordinating induction plans, and ensuring smooth new joiner experiences
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
Helping to organise and track learning & development activities, including employee training sessions, webinars, workshops
Contributing to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, recognition programs)
Supporting recruitment activities including drafting and posting job advertisements
Assisting with documentation and preparation of HR materials (policies, procedures, reports)
Supporting global HR projects such as policy reviews, audits, DEI actions
Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure smooth people operations
Performing general administrative duties and providing day-to-day support to the People Team
What Were Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in HR practices and employee lifecycle processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment
Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an asset
