Influencer Gifting Intern (Paid)

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn (in person and onsite at EADEM's office)

Estimated Start date: May 2025 

Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension
Compensation: $17 per hour + performance-based bonuses

We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team as Influencer Gifting Interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and influencer marketing world, help drive brand awareness, and contribute to exciting campaigns that reach new audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Reach out to influencers via DM and email to introduce them to EADEM and our products.
• Track and manage influencer outreach using our CRM tools.
• Coordinate the gifting process, ensuring influencers receive the right products and packaging.
• Follow up with influencers to nurture relationships and encourage product mentions or posts.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach progress, influencer responses, and campaign results.
• Stay updated on influencer trends and assist in brainstorming new outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Must be based in NYC and able to work part-time (20 hours per week) onsite at EADEM’s Brooklyn office in Williamsburg
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
• Passionate about beauty and skincare.
