In Person Locations: Miami, Florida OR Weston/Sunrise, Florida OR Boca Raton, Florida 

Responsibilities 

• Support tax professionals in the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and related entities.


• Conduct basic tax research and assist with the analysis of relevant tax issues.


• Gain exposure to international tax, Partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, and trust tax matters.


• Work with various tax technology platforms to process and maintain client data accurately.


• Participate in client engagements under the supervision of experienced staff.


• Communicate effectively with team members and assist with gathering and organizing client documentation.


• Attend training sessions and professional development workshops to build technical and soft skills.


• Assist with other related duties and special projects as assigned.

 Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting completed or in progress.


• Intention to pursue CPA licensure.


• Prior experience in preparing tax returns for individuals or businesses is a plus.


• Strong oral and written communication skills.


• Interest or experience in tax research and tax technology platforms such as UltraTax.


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.


• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills


• Proven ability to attract and develop profitable, sustainable client relationships


• Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment 


• Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
