Projects Scope

• The future of Food Halls: Help establish Westfield’s position for the former Topanga Social food hall by analyzing the proposals, impact, and reach of each brand.
  • Partner Interface
    • Develop a critical path to deal conclusion and ensure milestone dates are reached
    • Work directly with prospective operators to determine an understanding of proposed concept and work with negotiators on target deal terms
  • Opportunity Analysis
    • Outline the existing global and North America Landscape for Food Halls
    • Outline overall opportunity presented to both brands
  • Side-by-Side Comparisons
    • Financial Comparison (Inclusive of capital required, revenue generated, etc.)
    • Opportunity for programming and other revenue drivers
  • Social Reach Analysis
    • Determine the opportunity of each brand to reach new customers and gain traction through social media reach
  • Executive Board Paper
    • Synthesize the above into a board recommendation paper to be circulated to members of the US leadership team and URW Management Board

Compensation

$20/hr, up to 16 hours per week
