Position Summary

Colours, Inc. is seeking motivated high school seniors interested in exploring careers within the automotive collision, paint, and industrial supply industries. This paid internship program provides hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to a variety of career paths within our organization.

Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, gain industry knowledge, and develop valuable workplace skills while exploring areas of interest throughout the company.

Program Overview

Week 1: Company orientation, training, and industry introduction

Weeks 2-3: Store operations, customer interactions, and inventory management

Weeks 4-6: Hands-on experience within a partnering body shop environment
