Risk management intern  

Barton Malow is looking for a risk management intern to join our team this summer and support how we protect our projects and our company. In this role, you’ll work with real subcontractors and project data while learning how risk management fits into the construction process. This is a great opportunity to build hands on experience in insurance, contracts, and risk assessment alongside experienced professionals  

Responsibilities  

• You will support the risk management team by helping identify, evaluate, and reduce risk across Barton Malow projects. 

• You will help prequalify subcontractors by reviewing their financial statements, safety records, and insurance to make sure they are a strong fit for Barton Malow 

• You will help track and organize insurance certificates, bonding information, and other compliance documents 

• You will communicate with subcontractors and project teams to gather documents and follow up on requests
