Ready to kick off your career and have some fun along the way?  Flint Group is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic summer intern to join our Client Services Team!

As a Flintern, you’ll:

·       Gain hands-on experience in agency life.

·       Work on real client projects – including owning a campaign for a local non-profit.

·       Get paid while doing what you love.

·       Join in on the #FlintFun events like summer grill-outs!

Program Details:

·       Dates: May 21 – August 14, 2025

·       Hours: Flexible schedule, averaging 30 hours per week

·       Pay: $16.00 per hour

·       Location: In-office, Fargo, ND

Who You Are:

·       A college junior or senior (Fall 2025) studying marketing, advertising, or a related field.

·       Passionate about account/project management.

·       Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to learn.

·       A great communicator with a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do:

·       Support account managers and collaborate with internal teams.

·       Manage reports, schedules, and timelines.

·       Take on client requests and contribute to account coordination.

·       Own a non-profit project from start to finish with your fellow Flinterns.
