As a Flintern, You’ll:

·       Gain hands-on experience in agency life.

Program Details:

·       Dates: May 21 – August 14, 2025

·       Hours: Flexible schedule, averaging 30 hours per week

·       Pay: $16.00 per hour

·       Location: In-office, Fargo, ND

Who You Are:

·       Junior or senior status in college (Fall 2025), working towards a degree in accounting, finance or a related field.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing environment.

·       Excellent technical skills including a strong command of the Office365 suite.

·       Professional in the workplace.

·       Positive attitude and excited to learn.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

What You’ll Do:

·       Assist with filing, data entry, accounts payable and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

·       Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices and other documents.

·       Working within our bookkeeping software.

·       Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

·       Assist with the day-to-day tasks in the department.

·       Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

Pay & Location of Work:

·        Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
