Intern, AS Process Engineering

Kulicke and Soffa wants a Co-op that is familiar with appropriate design and fabrication techniques, along with knowledge of appropriate software tools such as Excel, Matlab, Jmp etc. While at Kulicke and Soffa you will: • Under direction, use broad knowledge of technology or basic engineering concepts and its application to assist engineering groups in R&D of products, and support services. • Develop solutions to problems that require some analytical computation, design and experimentation (DOE). • Assist in the task of assembling, testing and evaluating feasibility models and engineering prototypes. • Gather technical data, and documents, organize and prepare it for evaluation. • Analyze and report results from data that can be readily obtained. Other duties as assigned.
