Job Description
Program Overview
The Asset Management (AM) Summer Internship Program is a 10–12 week, immersive introduction to real estate asset management and FP&A, designed to identify and develop high-potential early-career talent for the firm’s Asset Management platform. The internship is built on the same foundation as the firm’s Asset Management Associate Development Program, condensed into a summer-length experience.
Interns gain hands-on exposure to financial modeling, asset-level analysis, and portfolio strategy, working alongside FP&A and Asset Management professionals throughout the summer. Exposure to the Asset Management team — including shadowing meetings and financial reviews — continues throughout the full internship, not just the initial onboarding period.
