Intern - Branch Operations (Part of Bank Operations) (Summer 2026)

Dime Community Bank (Dime) is currently hiring a Deposit Operations Intern for its 2026 Summer Internship Program at its Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island (see Responsibilities and Qualifications in the full job description). The hourly wage minimum = $17; maximum = $19. The exact pay may vary based on skills, experience, training, licenses/certifications, language necessities, and location.

Responsibilities for the Branch Operations (Part of Banking Operations) Summer Intern include:

• Supporting Branch Operations staff.


• Assisting with Data Governance clean up.


• Assisting with Digital Banking reporting.


• General Ledger reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing degree(s) in Business or Finance.


• Motivated. Curious. Eager to learn. Inquisitive. Proactive contributor.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong organization and time management skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in Hauppauge, Long Island.
