What You Will Do:

•  Contribute to any projects and tasks that Unit Manager and/or Product Owners/Managers delegate and ask to deliver.


• Assist the Product Owners and Managers with tasks to enable them to spend more time on key activities and deliverables.


• Follow up efficiently on set goals to ensure that promises to stakeholders are met.


• Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.


• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.


• Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.


• Substitute your team members.


• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager. 

What We Expect:  

• Higher Education degree (can be currently studying). Preferred specialization in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking.
















• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Please note that this internship is for 3 months, so employment contract would be fixed term from agreed date.
