Intern - Customer Service

ECHO is hiring an intern in our Customer Service Department!  This position will run from May 2026-August 2026.

This position is paying $19/HR.

The Customer Service Intern will be exposed to:

• Assist Consumer Support operations, including answering calls and recording information in our customer service database.


• Support order entry processes.


• Manage and oversee emails, chat interactions, calls, and various administrative tasks related to customer support.


• Communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing.


• Exercise good judgment, discretion, and strict confidentiality.


• Teamwork-oriented.


• Self-starter with "Can Do" attitude.

Desired Qualifications

• Must be 16+ and enrolled in high school or college.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.).


• Able to currently work in the United States.


• Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
