What You Will Do: 

• Assist Process Manager and Process Owner for Service Continuity Management Proces


• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment


• Take responsibility for professional self-development and contribute to both personal and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions


• Substitute your team members when necessary


• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager


• Assist in executing business impact analysis and defining IT service recovery priorities. Help manage IT service and application priority order lists


• Support training and awareness programs for staff.


• Assist in calculating and reporting IT service continuity KPIs, KRIs, and other metrics.


• Act as a point of contact for IT service continuity and crisis management inquiries.


• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
