Intern, Graphic Design

We are hiring a graphic design intern to join the MarCom team at Altair Global for the summer. 

We seek a creative individual who is curious and excited about all things design, including: brand identity, social media, digital collateral, video, typography, website visual design, and client -facing communication.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Design Execution: create and edit digital assets for website, social media, email campaigns, and presentations


• Participate in brainstorming with marketing team and other departments


• Conduct research on design trends


• Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines


• Create and modify documents using Msft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite


• Create and update presentations


• Contribute to the creation of new brand videos


• Design collateral and asset file management


• Assist with technical tasks

EDUCATION:  Areas of study or interest:

• Graphic Design


• Visual Arts

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Msft Office


• Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, layouts, grid systems, color theory, hierarchy, etc.


• Excellent organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong research and problem-solving abilities


• Portfolio showcasing creative concepts and technical skills (include link in resume)


• Eager to learn and build a strong design portfolio

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship. working a minimum of four days per week in-office at Altair’s Frisco headquarters alongside their leaders and coworkers, with the possibility of working from home the 5^th day. We require the following criteria for our Interns: Must be a Junior/Senior level Undergraduate or higher in good standing, pursuing a Marketing degree or related field of study (Communications, Graphic Design, etc.).

• 3.25 GPA level or higher (verifiable)


• Must be available May 12^th – August 7^th, 2026


• Enthusiastic self-starter, with a “go-getter” attitude who proactively takes on new tasks


• Flexible and willing to work as part of a team


• Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal


• Submission of a portfolio of work is strongly preferred

WORK/PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Office setting and/or home office work environment. Intern must be able to operate standard office equipment.  Intern spends substantial amount of time working on the computer and working under deadlines.
