Job Description - Intern, HR (AI & People Analytics Focus)

Overview\n\nThe Human Resources Intern (AI \u0026 People Analytics Focus) will support the evolution of a data-driven, technology-enabled People \u0026 Culture function. This role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in the intersection of human resources, artificial intelligence, and analytics, and will contribute to initiatives that enhance how talent is attracted, assessed, developed, and retained.\n\nThis position offers hands-on exposure to how AI is transforming HR, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee experience, and operational efficiency. The intern will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Digital/IT teams to explore, test, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve decision-making and outcomes.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAI \u0026 HR Innovation\n\n * Support the evaluation, testing, and implementation of AI tools across HR (e.g., sourcing, screening, scheduling, employee insights)\n * Assist in identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance efficiency using AI\n * Conduct research on emerging AI trends and best practices in HR and People Analytics\n * Contribute to pilot programs for AI-enabled solutions and summarize findings and recommendations\n\n\n\nPeople Analytics \u0026 Insights\n\n * Analyze HR and recruiting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement\n * Support development of dashboards and reporting to inform talent and workforce decisions\n * Assist in building frameworks to measure quality of hire, candidate experience, and recruiting effectiveness\n\n\n\nTalent Acquisition Enablement\n\n * Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize sourcing strategies using AI-driven platforms\n * Support talent mapping and pipeline development efforts for critical roles\n * Assist in refining recruiter workflows and candidate engagement strategies through technology\n\n\n\nProcess \u0026 Operational Excellence\n\n * Document current HR processes and recommend improvements leveraging AI and automation\n * Support the development of standardized workflows, templates, and tools\n * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across HR systems and processes\n\n\n\n \n\nQualifications\n\n * Currently pursuing a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field\n * Strong interest in artificial intelligence, technology, and the future of work\n * Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations\n * Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred\n * Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms) or willingness to learn quickly\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely\n * Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment\n\n\n\nU.S. Pay Range\n\n$23-35/hr\n
