Essential Functions:

• Performs a variety of industrial engineering tasks that are planned to provide experience and familiarization with the manufacturing operations staff and Company programs, methods, and practices


• Performs operation analysis, variance analysis, and method improvements studies


• Assists in auditing labor standards for accuracy


• Assists in the economic evaluation of suggestions and method improvement studies


• Prepares work flow, layout, sequence, manpower and other related charts, graphs and reports


• Assists in capital expenditure analysis, justification, and forecast


• Assists in plant and office space planning for efficient and effective utilization


• Assists in developing LEAN implementation plans and process improvement


• No required travel

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field
