Highlight and escalate any area of the business which may impact Customer Service Excellence with regard to product delivery. Able to resolve challenges through detailed instruction, policy and procedures. Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management for entire duration of internship. Junior level status GPA: 3.0 or higher is preferred Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills Strong communication skills
