Job Description - Intern Quality (m/f/d)

As Intern Quality you play a crucial role in our ambitious growth strategy. As part of Westwing's core function, you contribute to ensuring an excellent customer experience with a continuous emphasis on high product quality. Your responsibilities include enhancing our products and ensuring the agreed-upon quality from suppliers. You identify areas where customer expectations are not met and collaborate with international product development teams and suppliers to implement improvements. This position is located in Munich and limited to 1 Year.

support the Quality Manager in daily operations related to product development and improvements
analyse and evaluate return data and customer feedback
communicate directly with our international suppliers
maintain and review product-related data

bachelor's degree or completed vocational training with a technical background, preferably in textiles engineering
previous work experience is an advantage
excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
independent, well-structured and goal-oriented working style
fluency in English
proficiency in MS Office
