Intern - Technology - AMAIS

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working on a modeling project that involves testing of new methods to perform large scale structural and/or mechanics simulations. Implement and test new algorithms. Education should include either a B.S. in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Data Science, and M.S., or a Ph.D. with specialization in HPC and/or AI. Experience in the areas: Engineering/Sciences modeling and AI techniques Experience with Finite elements, level sets, and CAD Familiar with meshing techniques and numerical solvers Experience with Bash, Python, C++ Strong skills in: modeling, software development, debugging, and problem-solving, and writing reports and/or user guides/manuals Machine learning, deep learning, Gen-AI, and Agentic AI techniques Strong desire to grow a career as a Physics + AI modeling applications expert in semiconductor industry. Exposure to the semiconductor industry Ability to work with sparse data sets and ill-defined problems. Familiarity with semiconductor processes or integration is encouraged Experience working with process models, time-series data, images, and Manufacturing data
