Overview:
Elite Dental Partners is seeking a strategic and hands-on Internal Communications & Reputation Manager to own the voice of the brand—internally and externally. This role is critical to reinforcing our culture, responding thoughtfully to patient feedback, and keeping our teams connected, informed, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:
Reputation & Review Management
- Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Facebook, etc.) across 75+ dental practices
- Escalate sensitive feedback to appropriate departments
- Identify trends in patient sentiment and collaborate on improvements
- Oversee responses to all online forms received
Social Media Coordination
- Publish practice updates, patient features, and community moment
- Coordinate with marketing team for branded content
- Monitor engagement and comments for moderation or response
Internal Communications
- Write and distribute internal newsletters to doctors, staff, and corporate team
- Coordinate communications as needed from internal teams including operations, recruiting, HR, Compliance, Payer contracting, and Clinical
- Coordinate communications related to HR updates, benefits, training, events
- Partner with HR to promote wellness initiatives, compliance reminders, and onboarding materials
Employee Engagement & Recognition
- Strategize and execute employee recognition programs (e.g. shoutouts, birthdays, milestone celebrations)
- Maintain internal visibility of culture-building activities
- Manage feedback loop from practice teams to corporate
Content Development & Brand Voice
- Help shape Elite’s tone and voice in internal and external communications
- Support branded content creation for culture, DEI, and recruitment efforts
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in PR, internal communications, HR communications, or digital reputation management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Familiarity with tools like Dentrix Ascend, Sendable, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft 365 and Podium a plus
- Healthcare or multi-location experience a strong bonus
