Work Hours: 

• Three 9:00 am – 5:00 pm shifts, Two 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm shifts, and every other Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Position Overview:  

• 
  
  Support the team to ensure a high quality patient experience
  
  

• 
  
  Provide supervision, coaching, counseling, and recognition as appropriate to all clinical support team members
  
  

• 
  
  Support the monitoring and improvement of relevant QI measures.
  
  


• 
  
  Provide assistance and support to the Director as needed to ensure smooth clinical and operational workflow.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:  

• LPN license

Pay & Benefits:  

• $32 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus a quarterly bonus of $1,000.
