Our primary care department is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and accessible health care to our community. Work Hours: 



  • Three 9:00 am – 5:00 pm shifts, Two 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm shifts, and every other Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm


Position Overview:  


 


Patient Care & Quality



  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care by the nursing team.





  • Support the team to ensure a high quality patient experience





  •  Conduct quarterly provider chart reviews to ensure compliance with documentation standards



Staff Management & Development



  • Partner with Recruitment to ensure appropriate level of staffing is maintained





  • Provide supervision, coaching, counseling, and recognition as appropriate to all clinical support team members





  • Coordinate and deliver training and retraining, as needed.





  • Process bi-weekly payroll, monitor time punches, and track PTO and holidays





  • Complete semi-annual performance reviews for the clinical support team.



Operations & Scheduling



  • Develop and manage monthly departmental schedules, including coverage for absences and vacations.





  • Manage provider and specialty scheduling, including the Saturday night program.





  • Remain available beyond regular hours for urgent departmental needs.



Administrative & Compliance



  • Oversee ordering and inventory of supplies and vaccines for all locations, ensuring that exam rooms are appropriately stocked.





  • Maintain and monitor medication expiration lists; dispose of expired items and reorder as necessary.





  • Identify, research, and implement process improvements.





  • Support the monitoring and improvement of relevant QI measures.



  • Provide assistance and support to the Director as needed to ensure smooth clinical and operational workflow.



 


Minimum Qualifications:  



  • LPN license

Pay & Benefits:  



  • $32 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus a quarterly bonus of $1,000.
