Intern-Finance

The Intern - Finance position will assist the Finance team with day-to-day operations of cash management. This is a year-round internship that averages 15-20 hours per week during the school year – based on class schedules and our company’s business hours – and up to 40 hours per week during summer months.   This is a hybrid role, with the associate required to be in the office 3 days per week during summer months and can be remote during school year.   The ideal candidate will graduate May 2028 or later.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with day-to-day operations of cash management


• Reconcile and analyze monthly investment results


• Maintain, review and analyze monthly fee statements


• Improve and/or develop more efficient workflows


• Participate in ad-hoc projects and financial analysis for Finance and other divisions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, ideally in sophomore year 


• Ability to learn new skills quickly


• Superior working knowledge of Excel


• Excellent organizational skills to handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities


• Excellent verbal/written communication skills


• Superior analytical skills                                  


• Outstanding attention to detail


• Initiative to take on new challenges
