Internship: Additive Technician - Southfield, MI

In this function you will: - Operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines to maximize machine up-time and production throughout. - Perform post-processing steps of completed AM jobs (will include a wide array of tasks such as cleaning, surface treatments, part separation, machining and various manual processes. - Track related consumable supplies and alert Responsible personnel if additional supplies required. - Collaborate with team on AM process improvements. - Follow standardized file systems, traceability documentation for all machine related repair/anomaly reported incidents. - Maintain all AM ancillary equipment and document accordingly. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to 5S Principle. - High School diploma, actively enrolled or received a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. - No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Southfield, MI will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. - This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
