Internship.Human Resoures (NE)

The Archdiocese of Baltimore is seeking a motivated, dependable, very detail oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team!  This position will begin immediately and is expected to last approximately 6 months or more.  Our Intern will collaborate with our Special Projects Coordinator to complete a time sensitive initiative.  The Intern will be provided the opportunity to gain relevant experience with an applicant tracking system, while gaining real-time exposure to other critical areas of business.  To foster the best learning experience for our Intern, the position will be in-house at the Archdiocese of Baltimore Central Office located at 320 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201 (free parking available around the corner). The specific days and hours can be determined based on the scheduling requirements of the Intern hired. 

Essential Functions

• Perform research within our applicant tracking system (UKG). 


• Our Intern may perform additional research on various human resource related topics, as requested. 


• Initiating and responding to external communication via email and phone.

Position Qualifications

• Must be a graduate or in-process of obtaining a 4-year college degree within a Business-related discipline.


• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat software.


• Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.


• Ability to stay on task and be highly dependable.


• Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive Human Resource information.

Pay Rate:  $17.00, hourly
