Job Summary

The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed specifically for current undergraduate or graduate students nearing graduation, recent graduates, or candidates who have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree within the last two years. This program offers structured, hands-on experience across key business functions while preparing participants for long-term growth and future career opportunities within TCL.


Management Trainees will work closely with cross-functional teams, support business initiatives, and contribute to projects that influence real-world decision-making. This role is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Eligibility note: This program is intended only for new graduates from undergraduate or graduate programs, including candidates who are graduating soon or who have graduated within the last two years.



Participating Departments


Management Trainees may rotate through or be assigned to one or more of the following departments based on business needs, interests, and performance:



  • Finance

  • E-Commerce

  • Customer Advocacy

  • Marketing

  • Product Operation

  • Supply Chain


Duties may include but are not limited to:



  • Support departmental operations, business initiatives, and ongoing projects.

  • Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, and business insights.

  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, reports, and process documentation to improve team efficiency.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support execution of business priorities.

  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and professional development activities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.

  • Build knowledge of TCL's products, business functions, customer channels, and internal operations.

  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility as skills, confidence, and business understanding develop.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn across different business areas.



Qualification/Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required or expected by program start date. Undergraduate or graduate degree programs in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Designed for new graduates or candidates who have graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program within the last two years. Internship, co-op, campus leadership, or project-based experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to analyze information, summarize findings, and communicate recommendations clearly.

  • Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career within a corporate, business operations, or management-track environment after graduation.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn from feedback.



Program Experience & Development


The Management Trainee Program is designed to accelerate professional growth through hands-on experience, exposure to business operations, and direct collaboration with experienced leaders. Trainees will receive ongoing feedback, learning opportunities, and mentorship to help build core business, analytical, communication, and professional skills.


Successful trainees may be considered for future opportunities in specialized or leadership-track roles based on performance, business needs, and individual career interests.



Job Type: Full-time non-exempt


Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
